We are very pleased with BirthCare. Marsha and her birth assistant Pam went above and beyond to help bring Sania into the world. They were very comforting and encouraging. At BirthCare, we got the birth we always wanted. Natural childbirth is definitely the way to go! Thank you BirthCare for being there for us!

My birthing experience at the BirthCare center was phenomenal...I wanted my daughter's new healthy life to begin in a place as close to home as possible. And that's where BirthCare came in.
From my first visit, I was immediately enveloped in a warmth of concern and care as each midwife I met with focused on my pregnancy holistically-- from my physical to my mental-- and truly worked with me as an active participant in my pregnancy rather than a pregnant onlooker. I found it fitting that come delivery time, the midwife on call was the first midwife I ever visited--Marsha--and just as if she were the only midwife I had ever seen during the nine months of pregnancy, she handled my grueling 11 hours of labor with professionalism, care and familiarity that I don't believe I would have found in a traditional birthing situation.
I thank BirthCare from the bottom of my heart for (1) existing and for (2) being so wonderful as I moved from being a party of one to a party of two.

The incredible midwives at BirthCare affirmed what I had known in my heart all along, that birth is a normal and natural process and not something to be feared or over-medicalized. The birth of our first child, Lucy, will go down as one of the most intense, empowering and amazing experiences of our lives. I've never felt so good about myself and the power of women as I did when I pushed Lucy out and pulled her onto my own chest. Her first experience in the world was warm, gentle, quiet and completely safe.

Avery was a wonderfully and totally happy healthy baby girl. I also had a healthy birth and speedy recovery. When Alice placed Avery on my tummy and into my arms I completely forgot the pain. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.
